Returns policy

We do not accept returns; all sales are final and non refundable due to the nature of our drinks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concern regarding your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.


We shipped only within the UK. We shipped all orders as soon as possible via royal mail. Once the order has been dispatched, please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. If an error is made for E.G. incorrect postcode  Island Light is allowing a 24 hour time slot to rectify the error. Please note once the 24 hour has past no changes can be made and the item will be shipped to the address that was originally provided .


We do offer collection we are based in Leeds. Please notify us by email, phone, or direct message with the date and time you would like to collect your order. If you require more information, please feel free to contact us.


We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore, if you share an address with other people please be aware that they may take possession of your goods.
